This policy explains how AmpLet Charging, operated by Colli Ventures LTD, collects and uses personal information when venue operators, website visitors or prospective partners contact us or register interest.

Information we collect

Name, venue name, email address, phone number, location and the content of any message you send us, whether by email or via the enquiry form on this site. When you submit the form, its contents are delivered to our inbox as an email through our email delivery provider (see Sharing below); they are not stored on this website.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, assess venue suitability, arrange deliveries, maintain business records and manage our relationship with your venue. Our legal bases are consent, legitimate interests and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us by Resend, an email delivery service acting as our processor. To protect the form from abuse, submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information such as your IP address. We may also use other trusted service providers for email, hosting, CRM and accounting support, under appropriate safeguards.

Chat assistant

The chat widget on our homepage is answered by an AI model. Messages you type into the chat are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider acting as our processor, to generate each reply, and are handled under Anthropic's commercial data terms — they are not used to train AI models. Conversations are not stored on this website: the running conversation is kept only in your browser and disappears when you leave the page. Please don't include sensitive personal information in the chat — for anything personal, use the enquiry form, email or phone instead. To protect the chat from abuse, the start of each chat session is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information such as your IP address.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless legal or accounting obligations require longer.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@amplet.co.uk.
